This was a wild week, coming off a holiday and diving into a revisit of our SpencerForman.com brand.
Today I’d like to share with you the results of my efforts 😉
Don’t be afraid to pivot your branding
Many of you know that my original moniker of “Spence, The Evil Genius” came about as a complete coincidence.
But as an entrepreneur, I recognized the need to have a remarkable, and thereby easy to remember brand.
So it stuck.
In the course of moving from 1wd to the Spencer Forman brand, something was just not “right”.
We had created all of the technical and mechanical parts…but there was nothing about my online persona that stood out from just being “Spence”.
This should have been an obvious omission, but didn’t really rear its ugly head until this week..when we started releasing new content to our Blog, YouTube and Facebook.
Suddenly it became clear that there was something “big” missing… a uniqueness to the brand.
After two days of brainstorming, we’ve figured it out.
And you will see the results in our site, our product line and our media.
So if you’re building your new entrepreneurial idea into a reality, I encourage you to give proper attention to having a unique quality to your brand from the start.
Or if you’ve already started your company, but find it’s missing that special “something”…don’t be afraid to pivot your branding.
In a world with more than 2.5 Billion people online and counting, there is simply no way to get noticed without having that one “thing” that separates you from everyone else vying for attention.
I hope you have a great weekend, and we’ll see you back here for more great content Monday.
