The sooner you validate your prospective client leads, the sooner you can make your first phone call!

You can find the email of any prospective client lead with these three steps:

  1. SEARCH GOOGLE for any websites associated with their full name

  2. VERIFY LINKEDIN to see if those websites are still current

  3. SEARCH EMAIL HUNTER for any emails associated with their websites

Step One – SEARCH GOOGLE for any websites associated with their full name

This is the essence of simplicity.

From your previous research, you already have a curated list of personal names and additional data such as a business name and city.

Now you simply need to confirm whether each person has a domain name already associated with their personal or business name.

Go to Google.com and type in either a personal name and if you have a business name or city add those as well with a + symbol such as “spencer forman + 1wd + chicago” .

Your results will now reveal any websites associated with each prospect, limited to the business name or city if you’ve added those to your search.

Once you have found domains associated with each prospect, it’s time to verify which of those are current.

Step Two – VERIFY LINKEDIN to see if those websites are still current

Linkedin provides a unique way to glimpse into any prospect’s business history.

With a free membership at Linkedin, you can view the full profile of any prospect.

This will reveal whether the domains you have found are the latest and greatest or dead and gone.

After you find which is the current domain on Linkedin, it’s time to find any emails associated with that domain.

Step Three – SEARCH EMAIL HUNTER for any emails associated with their websites

The final step in the process is to use EmailHunter.co to quickly find the email of your prospect.
