7 AI Tools That Turn Cold Leads Into Paying Customers!

It was never my intention to build a suite of ready-made tools. But the clients kept asking the same question: what do you have that replaces my social sharing tool? My lead gen? My CRM? My coursework platform? So I started building. And what came out was not a collection of disconnected apps – it was a pipeline. Seven AI-powered components that snap together like IKEA furniture and move people from “never heard of you” to “take my money.” Today I walked through the entire thing live. How a cold stranger on YouTube becomes a warm prospect on your sales page becomes a paying customer in your CRM. Every step. Every tool. Every demo. And the whole stack runs on one WordPress plugin that costs less per month than what most people spend on Hootsuite alone.

“There is a big difference between enjoying a really delicious meal and opening a restaurant. I try to make it easier for you guys by giving you the tools to achieve the outcomes without the risk of having to take on the whole thing.”

The IKEA Principle – Components That Snap Together

I keep coming back to Ingvar Kamprad and IKEA because the parallels are uncanny. When Ingvar was building his furniture business in rural Sweden, he did not set out to invent flat-pack self-assembly furniture. He observed what the market needed. Shipping fully assembled furniture two hundred miles into the Swedish wilderness was expensive and inefficient. So he figured out components – interchangeable parts, universal instructions anyone could follow regardless of language, manufacturing distributed across countries. The innovation came from watching, not planning.

The same thing happened with MinuteLaunch. I did not plan to build seven specific tools. But the clients kept showing up with the same problems: I need social sharing, I need lead generation, I need a way to follow up after calls, I need coursework delivery. And the foundational AI tools I had already built naturally turned into ready-made outcomes that solve those exact problems. Meals ready to eat instead of a bag of ingredients.

Step One – Finding Cold Leads For Free

Google is offering everyone a free lunch right now. I demonstrated this live on the show. If you type “how do I make effective sales pages” into Google, the first thing that comes up is Gemini AI. And Gemini is packed with YouTube video results. Why? Because Google owns YouTube. They know video gets attention. They know their AI overview needs to compete with ChatGPT and Perplexity. So they surface YouTube content front and center.

I tested the same query on ChatGPT and Claude. ChatGPT would not give up YouTube links easily – I had to beg for them. OpenAI understands not to send traffic to Google. But Google does not have that problem. They own the search and they own the video platform. So if you create good YouTube content with proper descriptions and transcripts, you have a better than fair shot at getting surfaced in both traditional search and AI overviews. That is your cold lead source. Free. No ads required.

ML Coach – Sales Pages In Seconds

Once you have attention, you need somewhere to send people. I asked ML Coach to build an HTML5 sales page for a ninety-seven dollar course – black background, bold white fonts, orange and gray highlights, YouTube video embed, call to action button. He delivered the whole thing using Sonnet 4.5 in about fifteen seconds. I pasted it into a MinuteLaunch Canvas Block page, published it, and had a working sales page.

For the video content itself, I used Gemini to generate an eight-second AI video about sales pages. Could it have been better? Absolutely. But the point is you can create video content without showing up on camera, without being a video producer, and without spending a dollar. Download it, upload it to YouTube as a Short or to Facebook as a Reel, add a description with your sales page link, and you have a complete pipeline from content to conversion. I also showed how to save everything as a reusable Skill so Coach can replicate the exact same format every time without re-explaining.

ML Social – One Dashboard, Thirteen Platforms

With the sales page live, I demonstrated ML Social. The new version has manual composition capability – which means it now has every feature Hootsuite charges four hundred and ninety-nine dollars a month for. You select a post or page from your site, the featured image pulls automatically, you hit “generate post with AI” and it creates platform-appropriate copy (including the 140-character limit for Twitter). You can publish immediately or schedule for later.

I published a post to Twitter live on the show. Selected the sales page, let AI generate the copy, picked the featured image from the media library, hit publish. The tweet showed up with the image and the link within seconds. That is six thousand dollars a year in Hootsuite savings right there – built into the same plugin that does everything else.

ML Remodeler – Before-And-After Lead Generation

This is the tool I am most excited about for local businesses. ML Remodeler creates custom landing pages for any business that has a visual before-and-after component. Roofing contractors, kitchen remodelers, car detailers, hair salons, makeup artists – anyone whose work can be visualized. I created a landing page live where a prospective roofing customer uploaded a photo of their shingle roof and described what they wanted: rolled metal roofing, brown painted, two solar panels, two sunroofs, fifty thousand dollar budget.

Within seconds, the AI generated a before-and-after visualization and emailed it to the lead. The lead can respond with changes – “make the roof green” – and those requests go back into the system for the contractor to see. The contractor gets instant notifications, a full lead list with contact details, and every lead automatically flows into FluentCRM for follow-up automations. This replaces really expensive high-end lead generation software and it is built into the same one-plugin system.

ML Research – Capture, Curate, And Sell Knowledge

Almost everybody who is a client of mine has a collection problem. What am I going to use for future content? Future webinar topics? Things I found interesting but do not know how to organize? ML Research solves this with a Chrome extension and a mobile bookmarklet. Browsing the web and see something interesting? Click Save to ML Research. The content gets captured with thumbnails, enriched with AI, and stored in a searchable library. Voice notes, images, URLs, files – everything goes into one place.

But the real magic is what you do with that library. I showed three ways to use it: a public research page with filters for anyone to browse, a curated collection like “Spence’s Favorites” that can be sold behind a membership paywall, and an automatic newsletter campaign through FluentCRM. Click one button and the curated collection becomes an HTML email ready to send. Zero work, enormous value. This is the same model as Ben’s Bites on Substack – curated research that people pay for – except you own the platform and the list.

ML Fathom – Turn Every Call Into A Sales Letter

I already have four hundred and four Fathom points this year and it is only March. Every Zoom call gets transcribed. What I have been doing with those transcripts is invaluable. I take the transcript from a client call, give it to Fernando along with everything he knows about what we offer, and tell him to write back the client about everything we discussed – what they asked for, what we can build, and why. The result is a gorgeously formatted HTML5 sales letter personalized to that exact conversation.

I showed a real example from a call with longtime clients David Burns and Jimmy Jensen. An hour and a half call turned into a comprehensive follow-up letter with bullet points, pricing, and a clear VIP offer – all formatted beautifully, all generated from the transcript. I did nothing other than have the live call. The follow-up wrote itself. And ML Coach can replicate that exact formatting from a single example, then save it as a Skill for future use. Every call becomes a sales opportunity with zero manual effort.

ML Referrals – Your Network In Your Pocket

ML Referrals is a mobile-friendly tool for building a network of related associates. You can add contacts, log conversations, group people into cohorts like “coaching circle” or “business partners,” and track everything from your phone. It complements FluentCRM but works independently for the relationship-building side of business that a CRM does not naturally handle. You had a great call with someone at a conference? Log it immediately from your phone with notes about who they know, what they do, and what you discussed.

ML Educator And Seerano – The LearnDash Killer

The final piece of the pipeline is content delivery. ML Educator is a lightweight replacement for LearnDash and all the heavy membership plugin overhead. If you have videos – YouTube, Vimeo, whatever – this tool gives your customers a mobile-friendly, indexable library of content with courses, lessons, and quizzes. But the feature that sets it apart is AI-powered Q&A trained on your actual content. Your subscribers can ask questions and get answers in your voice, referencing your specific videos and expertise.

I showed the Seerano tool that powers this. A dating coach, a tax advisor, a fitness expert – anyone with a library of knowledge can offer subscribers an interactive AI companion that draws from their real content. Membership is handled through a simple WooCommerce subscription. No LearnDash. No MemberPress. No bloated plugin stack. One plugin, one subscription, and your entire knowledge base becomes a sellable, interactive experience.

Three Types Of People Right Now

I had three new signups this week. Every day I meet people who fall into one of three categories. First: the people who completely understand what is happening with AI. They say “holy shit, we need to do this now” and they sign up immediately. I can show them a roofing contractor tool, a membership site, a social sharing system – they instantly get it and pay without question.

Second: the people who do not get it yet. They are going to be the biggest victims of this shift because when they finally understand, it will be like waves hitting the beach – an emergency situation where the early adopter pricing is gone and the cost is five times what it was. Third: the intermediaries who are warm and open but need to see outcomes before they commit. That is exactly what today’s show was for. These are the outcomes. This is what the tools do. This is the pipeline.
