The $497 plan adds email list building – I configure and set up your email list, create one automated email per week (enough for most businesses), manage the marketing messaging using my expertise and AI tools, and provide marketing support. You won’t need a professional marketing person.

Simple Site: The Built-in AI Agent

When you click “Simple Site Focus Mode,” the entire WordPress experience transforms into just one or two links. Normally when you’re on another menu, that thing flies out, so it’s really one link to run the whole site. That’s crazy awesome.

For clients who have zero WordPress knowledge, this is everything. They don’t need to understand metaphors like “install a theme,” “set up the header,” “do the customizer,” “what’s a page,” “what’s a post.” They just see the whole site setup, and that’s it. Nothing else. Don’t need anything else.

Built-in Skills System

Simple Site comes with default skills – things I’ve learned over time with my clients are really important. Things like call to actions, featured grids, FluentCRM onboarding forms, signup forms, hero sections. But you can also add your own skills from my library of curated stuff or from your own experiences.

The cool thing is that this AI agent can now be accessed by any person who’s an admin or an editor who you want to be able to actually build stuff on the site. Versus desktop tools that are personal to each person, this is shared and available to your whole team.

Fathom Integration: Auto-Extract Contacts & Create Emails

One of the coolest features is the Fathom integration. Fathom is the plugin that connects to Fathom AI, pulling in live conversations. When you’re having calls with clients, it automatically gets all of the data and brings it into your site.

The built-in AI agent can analyze these calls and extricate contact information, then automatically add people to your CRM. Even better, it can create follow-up emails based on the conversation. You can tell it to “summarize this call and create a follow-up email that looks like it was written on a word processor, signed by my assistant AI, Fernando.”

This content can be saved as a skill or a block or as a reusable section. You can leverage FluentCRM and its SMTP connection to send out and then memorialize any conversations with clients after a call. The FluentCRM not only memorializes this custom message but also has stylistic capabilities that you just can’t do inside of normal email clients like Gmail.

Building Forms Without Form Builders

Who wants to use form builders when you can just tell the AI agent what you need? I demonstrated creating a FluentCRM onboarding form with the same color schemes as the rest of the site, with four choices of skill level (newbie, beginner, intermediate, advanced), and custom thank you pages based on their choice.

The form bypasses all the complexity of form builders and makes something that will send the person right into the CRM. All of this can be done once and then in the future never have to be done again. You can literally have it fully automated from there because these are skills that you can just have your AI agent operate on an automated basis.

Export/Import & Full Ownership

Simple Site has an export function that takes whatever you built in your primary site and gives you all of the versions of it, including the individual components. You can export it, and in as fast as export-import, you’ve got the full site ready to go for the new client with the details.

Important point: Ownership & Control. When you’re using the MinuteLaunch system, you are never trapped. If you build something with Simple Site, you don’t lose the content you built when you stop paying. You’ll keep everything you made. You won’t make anything new, but since everything you made is in HTML, that’s a really fair bargain because you can take any of this stuff and go anywhere with it.

I could go right now to CodePen, paste in the HTML, and here’s my contact form ready to use. This is universal. You have full sites that are built out ready to use anywhere. You don’t even need technically WordPress for some of the stuff (but obviously for the functionality). This is really remarkable because you have full ownership and control.

The popularity and power means that the price has gone up to reflect the value: $1,497 lifetime for 3 sites, $2,997 for 10 sites, and $3,997 for the 10-site package.

For $97 or $197 a month, you get FluentMCP and FluentMCP Pro, which adds power tools for doing things like file management, managing your plugins, your themes, doing WordPress-related CLI commands. Between the two of these, there’s about 180 tools that work with your desktop agent tool like Claude or Cursor.
