Meet the Hub: Turn Anyone or Anything Into Your Own AI Expert

It is Friday Office Hours, and today we walked step by step through Meet the Hub. Turn a real person, or a character you invent, into an AI expert that lives on a WordPress site you own. Not a chatbot rented from someone else. Your expert. Your site. Your key.

“Turn anyone or anything into your own AI expert.”

Meet the Hub

The Hub is the place those experts live. You bring a real person, or you invent a character, and Fernando builds the expert on a site you control. The demo on the show was live. I did not play a recording and call it a walkthrough.

A Real Expert and a Simulation

Dr. Hoover is a real expert. The Hub holds his work so people can ask him the way they would ask a person who already knows the subject. Dr. Evelyn Reed is not a real doctor. She is a simulation I built for the demo, and I said that on the show. She is not medical advice. She is not a licensed clinician. She is an example of what the Hub can hold when the source is a character you invent, not a person who signed up.

The sleep protocol was the live example. I asked about bedtime. Fernando added glycine and NAC by voice, on the spot, into the note. That is the point of the Hub. You talk the outcome. The expert, or the simulation, holds the knowledge. The site you own keeps the record.

Not medical advice. Dr. Evelyn Reed is a fictional simulation used on the show. Nothing in that demo is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for a licensed clinician. Glycine and NAC were an example of Fernando writing a note by voice. Talk to your own doctor before you change anything you take.

Four Plans

Solo is $300 a year. That is you and your family. Team is $1,200 a year, for a club, an office, or a small company that wants one private box. Pro is $6,000 a year, for a person or a company that wants to market, not just store. Publisher is $2,500 a month, $30,000 a year, and it is done for you. None of them have a contract. You pay as you go.

Drops

Drops sent the thumbnail peer to peer. The file did not go up to someone else’s cloud so they could train on it or hold it. It went from one place you control to another. That is the same promise as the vault. Your stuff stays yours.

In a flat up in Chicago with a keyboard and some tea lives a man with a funnel plan as clever as can be. He ditched his law degree for plugins that go zing. Now comes dances every time he pulls a string. All right. Hey guys, it's Spence. It's Friday, October 9th, 2026. It's very bizarre to me. Let me make sure my mic's working. Friday. Okay, good. Uh, very bizarre to me to be this close to the end part of the year. I have my 60th birthday famously coming up. Uh, which I'm actually looking forward to, but it's just an odd thing to think that I could possibly be 60. Uh, just an FYI. I'm fixing my camera here. Hold on a second. I'm doing it up. There we go. Um, okay. Today we're going to do a really interesting show because a remarkable amount of stuff has happened. Oh, come on. I can get the camera in there. Come on. You know you can do it, Spence. Get it right there. Uh, remarkable amount of stuff has happened this week and all for the better. Good morning, John. I was actually thinking of calling you this morning. I haven't heard from you in weeks. I was worried that you had retired or something. Um, today is really truly something that is going to be for those of you who've been on this journey with me kind of the full

1:41

circle. And so I'm going to give you the backstory. Morning Claude. Uh, welcome aboard. The backstory is uh let's just take the timeline. When we did this first thing, I remember coming out not only with the iPhone like interface and app, but with the idea that we were going to end up with something that really amounted to replacing the ecosystem of WordPress with something better, faster, more AI enabled. I had no idea which direction this was all going to go, but we today you're going to find out and see first person that it's not only come full circle, but it's come full circle in a remarkable way. Almost if I could have planned a plot, a story, how all these events happen at the time they happen and you think, "Ah, that's weird. That's a distraction." And then it was necessary at the end for all those things to have happened at the moment that they did. and including my relationships with many of you guys. I want you to know I got a 55 sleep score last night. I got 4.22 hours and somehow I'm still standing. But if I'm a little slow, that's okay. I'm probably going to keep it down. Okay, so here's the gist. Today I'm going to demonstrate verbally. Then I'm going to show you step by step what this whole product line amounts to. And it's become so simple because through the interaction with many of you, through the inter interaction with real life customers,

3:12

through what the marketplace has delivered, the need for the product to be so simple has risen to the top. And as a result of that, the the final product or at least the product that we're live with this week um accomplishes all of the things that I'd hoped for and things I never expected to do. Let's start with one concept that what I'm going to show you is a product that is a private vault that has an a personal assistant at the front of it. I in my head like to think of it like one of those uh you store it places, one of those storage locker places. It's a it's a building typically with clear windows. Inside are all these individual private lockers. Imagine if you had a concierge, Fernando, who was there to receive all of your stuff from you and your family, your friends, your business, or from other agents. If you think of that and what you're paying for, you have three versions of private lockers. You have the solo, the teams, and the pro. Solo is for any individual, any family. Teams is enabling features that allow you to have a small business or a company or a team or a club or a group of people that want to specifically organize peer-to-peer sharing and expertise between themselves without

4:42

going to the man, but they're still private. They're not publishing to the world. And then the pro is for a contractor, a restaurant, a company that needs marketing services and they need a custom app for bringing in leads, closing sales, making their customers happier, but it's not primarily for publishing to the world. It has a web presence. It has a marketing presence, but it's not designed like the publisher. The publisher is the full-blown solution for a company that handles everything top to to bottom from CRM, CMS. Uh, I've got Julie texting me. Let's see what she says here. Okay, good. Hi, Julie. Um, the publisher is the full-blown solution for a business. And now all of these have a level of simplicity as you'll see today that removes all of the WordPress backend from the need to be looked at by the owner of the site or the operator. It replaces them with a simple mobile type interface that puts all of the things you need and none of the things that you don't in your hands. Each of these products has a flat built-in two-tier subscription. For the private row of vault stuff, it's $50 for the year every year, $25 for the second tier. For the teams, it's 100 and it's 50. For the pro, it's $500

6:16

and 250. For the publisher, it's even better. It's 1,200 a year if the person stays a year, 600 for the second tier. So for anybody who's interested in sending their customers and clients, including the people who are publishers, there's a built-in mechanism for everybody to get everybody they know involved. Now, here's the most remarkable part, and I promise I'm going to do showand tell, but I want to see if I can do this in the elevator. The whole thing connects to any agent you have, but I'm going to use the term from now on personal assistant. Because in the last week, all of the top five plus a couple dark horses have come in that have created these personal assistants that you connect to directly with a text message and they do remarkable things. I'm using one of them in particular that I love besides Muse. I'm using Instinct, but there's FO and there's about five other ones. Town, they all have the same concept. You text for free to set up an agent. An agent connects to your phone. They give you a virtual machine. It does remarkable work. Like for example, I have Instinct not only connected to my Minilunch sites building stuff, as I'll show you, but I have it out shopping for tires and making appointments. And what it does is it comes with again for free I'll explain why comes with its own email its own text message its own phone number the companies the big companies have

7:46

started to realize that they are not going to make money from LLMs the drivers they are not going to make money by having technical platforms like desktop and code and you know co-work and all this stuff at least for the majority of human beings. They will from people like maybe us with technical backgrounds. They figured out where they're going to make money. Cue the animal farm George Orwell book is they're going to make money by getting the piggies to basically fall in love with a personal assistant. Like that's Mark Zuckerberg 101. But even in a benevolent way, I think like an instinct. I give you this free assistant. You just text it. It's yours. It starts doing remarkable stuff for you. And you're gonna monetize in one of two ways. From Zuckerberg for sure. It's free, free, free forever. It's going to be awesome. Says the piggy getting fat for free on the way to the slaughter cuz you know, I know. Everybody knows he's already fooled us twice. There's no way we're going to get fooled again. So, anybody who builds their thing where they're thinking that their data is not being traded off or their lives or their stuff, they're just kidding themselves. But as a tool for free, if you use it in context, you can turn the tables a little bit. I'll explain. Instinct, the author of that is a 23-year-old kid, which gives me a lot of inspiration. He

9:17

has indicated and rightly so because there's an element of that now with ask Fernando. He is going to monetize by the following. Imagine the last 20 years that all these companies fooled you into believing that you need to shop by yourself online and Google fooled you into all the of their algorithms so as to optimize people like them advertising to get you to find them when they search through Google. And now all of these businesses that are looking for human beings to be searching for their travel plans and their cars and their electronics and whatever and even Amazon. Now everybody's got a personal assistant, a virtual machine who you give it instructions. Hey, Fernando. Hey, in uh in this case, Instinct. Go find me a set of 25560 R-15 tires for my 2005 Mercedes E320 formatic. It's in the zip code that I live and the car has a 255,000 miles cuz it's a classic car. Blah blah blah. Okay. This mother effer for free. spent all day yesterday emailing entire shops and getting responses back and getting quotes from presumably now real people, but on the way to other agents. What does that mean? It means number one, I am no longer going to get on the ladder, go to my roof, and take the leaves out. I'm going to have this free tool, whomever it is, run around doing stuff

10:48

for me. What does that mean to Amazon? What does that mean to the shoe stop short? What does it mean to any of these people that were foolish enough to spend all that money to please Google to be found in search engines for people? It means there's no more people. Trust me, because as of this week, the big five plus a hundred other Andre Horowits, Mark Andre, my nemesis from another world back in the Ning days, Dr. evil incarnate. Truly, they spent $55 million funding this one company called Town. That's a clone of exactly what Instinct does. It's free to have your virtual machine agent go searching. But where these things have problems? Thank you, by the way, Cl. Um, where do these agents fall apart? Well, if you go to any of these agents in their virtual machines, and I I'm going to do show and tell, I promise. They don't have permanent permanent memory. Number one, they're virtual. They're on while they're on. They're off when they're done. And even if it saves some fragment of your memories, it's like any experience you've had with a chat. Try going to Anthropic and having a chat and coming back and starting the chat with a new guy and ask it to remember everything the other guy did. Just doesn't happen that way. There's too many resources required of that. Number two, there's nowhere that you own and

12:18

control for all of your stuff in their platforms. It's a text service. There is an interface, the web, but in other words, he does the work. He gets you what you need. He sends it to you. It's like, "Nice to know you. See you later." Kind of like uh I'm going to sneeze. No, no. Kind of like a a real virtual assistant. Like you hire a guy in the Philippines, does a great job. We never see him again. He's gone. There's a trillion other people behind him. There's no way to set up actual applications, businesses, collaboration, teams, customers, clients. You can't use these services in their present state for anything meaningful as a business. Plus, they're all different. And I love each one of them for their unique little quirky things. But why should I be limited to just one of them? You shouldn't. Because Fernando is yours. Fernando is yours. Fernando is yours. And that means your solo customer in the vault, your teams, your pro or your publisher. It's legally, contractually, technically, physically set up to be a vault that you own that thing. As long as you're paying the rent or you can take all of your stuff and put it in a truck and take it to your own WordPress site. same promise. It's yours. All of those agents working with all of what Fernando does in his two or

13:49

three vehicles makes the work, makes the magic, makes it happen. Plus, you have your own place to publish on the number one CMS in the world, WordPress. 40ome7% of the internet uses WordPress. We don't need to stop using WordPress. We just need to forget everything that was on top of WordPress. But WordPress is still awesome. There was a kid who was thinking he's real clever. Those kids today, they're so clever. He's saying, "We don't need WordPress. What a piece of It's such a bulky thing. My sites load so fast when I just have AI do it directly." And I go, "That's why you're a kid." Because I've seen this rodeo. I've ridden in it. Okay. You need WordPress because there's a trillion architectural things under the hood of a functioning business for membership, marketing, automation, e-commerce, login, security, a billion things that are the infrastructure of WordPress on top of which you run everything else. Yes, you can have Claude make you a beautiful static web page or something. Try to have him make a static website with membership and marketing automation, all the other things. And guess what? you end up building WordPress. Okay, so last thing before we go into visuals, I need a sip of coffee. My Yeti keeps this remarkably hot. All of the agents, any tool now connects to any of your

15:20

hubs or your client's hubs. you as the publisher or as anybody get money from recommending to your friends. Your friends can recommend friends when they use it. They can use it either in the team mode if they're with a company on a website or they can get their own box uh vault and and get the other benefits. But the last bit of it is there's three vehicles now for interacting with your own private Fernando and he has access to all of these custom tools which make a difference. The three vehicles are coach who's the primary relationship. That's the guy who's just at the door of your s storage place or if you like the concierge at the desk of the four seasons. He is the one with which you can have this intimate relationship and just tell him everything. Ask him anything. He will give you what you need in the format you need. Which means, as you'll see, we really don't need him to talk talk although he can. Instead, he can literally just you talk, he types, and it's all there. When he puts on his lab coat, he's the technician. He's Commander Scott. He's the doctor in the laboratory who's doing heavy lifting. We don't need the lab guy for solo or teams, maybe for pro. We don't need him for regular customers. We don't need him. the regular coach or the hub I'll show you is what we need. Publisher can use the lab guy. He's the

16:50

alternative to the use of the other platforms like cloud desktop or cloud code or co cursor and so forth. The third, which is the new thing I'm going to introduce today, is called the hub. And this was an extension of the thing that I had talked to you guys about a while back called Sirino, like sirino de berserk, but we spelled it s e r a n o. And that was too high level. It became the hub because the hub is now where you can have Fernando interacting with any of three types of experts for any kind of thing you want collaboratively, educationally, for business-wise, for self-improvement. You can interact with completely fictional AI characters. You can interact with characters that are based on the content and knowledge of real people who have published publicly and are participatory or will be participatory. But the idea is the content comes from their public knowledge and there's a a faximile representation of them. And the third type of person is those that are actual publishers who are cooperatively working with us to take their real corpus of data, all of the stuff they've built, their companies built, and turning it into meaningful knowledge that is available to interact with, you guessed it, through your personal agent. But you can even put together, as you'll see, I'm going to blow you away. I think you could put together a private consultation with different experts from

18:21

different fields, live, real, not real, whatever, and they start producing meaningful output. The meaningful output is based upon their actual knowledge, the real facts. But when they put the meaningful output together, it can even have links that the person who's using it can immediately buy the services or the products of that person. they can immediately get the content and the knowledge put together in a format for consultation with other real life people including the real life doctors. It means that somebody within the realm of the legal construct we're in, which allows for a general purpose AI to bring in content and context and knowledge and expertise, virtual, semi-verirtual, or real, to get the kind of world that you want to live in, which is that I can find out everything I need to know in a meaningful way and put it together that's actionable for either direct use or to go have a consult with a real professional. And that means that the professionals can spend 100% of their time interacting with other people. It's really exactly the same as Star Wars. When R2-D2 had the plans to the Death Star, Luke didn't sit there with a keyboard and a screen. He's like, "R2, give me the plans." And then he puts a holograph up of the thing and then he transmits something with a little and then you see what I'm saying? In other words, the whole promise of AI, the whole promise of science fiction was

19:52

that we're going to spend our time just communicating with the droids or communicating with people. Not on keyboards in the back of WordPress and doing admin dashboard stuff, not even on iPhone stuff as I'll show you with doing this. Just talk to Fernando. Fernando has all of your knowledge. You can give him more, but he can also be participatory in the hub, as I'll show you in a sec. Okay? If you're still here and I you notice my coffee kicks in a little bit. I'm going to show you what I mean. Share screen. I'm going to go with plan A, which is hopefully I got to set my screen up a little bit better. Sorry. Um, pretty good. Pretty pretty good. Let me scale this just slightly though. Okay, I can live with this. I think this is a good setup. Uh let me put you into context. First things first um I want to just mention some of these thirdparty services. So there's one that I had said

21:22

it's called instinct.com. I recommend that you can try any of these. I want you to notice and this is so inspiring to me. This company has like a10 billion value already. It's a 23-year-old kid based upon the popularity of usage. You go to instinct.com with your phone and you text it. Notice the website. If there was anything that could prove my point about how ridiculous it is to have websites that do more than you need, then absolutely this is the one. Hold on. I'm going to tell Stuart. Stuart, I'm on the live show. Let's have a catch up after the show. uh come join us if you um this website demonstrates very clearly that you can build any kind of business you want with the new tools and the new methods because nobody gives a about your website anymore. Yes, it needs to do what it needs to do, but most of the time their agents are out doing stuff. Now, when instinct works, there's a login. If I I think I can show you this because I don't think if I go here, there is an agent dashboard. Okay, I don't think I'm giving away anything. I did not connect my connectors yet, but I do have my WhatsApp, my email talking to my messages. So he can communicate even call and I have a thing called a vault ironically that you can save your connections to things like connecting to

22:54

uh in this case I gave him his own website on InstaWP. So I'm going to explain what this means. When you text him he starts texting back. I think I can share WhatsApp in here. Let me see. Let me see if WhatsApp will show up in this screen. I'm not sure if it will, but I have some of the text messaging to him in here. Let's see if it'll show up. I don't think I'm going to reveal anything too private. Here we go. There's Claude. Look, Claude, there you are. Um, this is me texting with him working on a website. Okay, what does that mean? Well, one of the things that he did, which was really remarkable besides shopping for tires, is he said, "Here's the connect keys to a brand new blank inst." All that was in it was the free minute launch plugin. And actually, I take it back. I didn't even give him that. I gave him the the login to the site uh via the connect key. I just copied the connect key. I said, "Here you go." He went and grabbed everything else that he needed and set it up. Then he connected and built this whole sales page, by the way, which is relevant to a place that's in here. This is relevant to one of the products that I'm building called Badge. Kids that I've mentioned. He did all of the videos, all the sales page, everything. He also set up the

24:26

Fluent CRM. He set up everything to do with operating the site and the clients. I didn't do anything except text him. He set up the plans. He set up products. Now, these are this is test mode, so this is fake, but it's all set up with the whole minute launch suite of tools. Let's go back to my metaphor. I have a site with the minute launch suite comparable to what you would have if you have publisher because this is a public publishing. I just used the thirdparty tool instinct.com. Good morning Stuart. I used instinct.com and I text messages. I just told him on my phone what I want him to build and he not only built it but he built all of these other components to it. the products, the checkout, the the CRM connection. He did the videos so this gets back to the branding of it's minute launch system. Everything is just ask Fernando. Why? Because Fernando is your man in Damascus. Fernando is your personal agent. Fernando is the one that manages all your stuff, takes all your input, your output, deals with other agents. So Fernando talked to

25:58

Instinct and Instinct talked to Fernando and together they built this amazing site, me doing nothing except it required Fernando's expertise and his tools and it needed a place to build which they don't have. So if you want to know why I'm referring to this stuff besides this being awesome. If you go to the homepage here, here's some examples of this is insider for you guys. By the way, this is the concept. You got all these outside services that have personal assistance. They talk to the vault. If you like cloud, you like chat, it doesn't matter. Or instinct with texting, people are going to use that. 99.9% of the people I interact with, as smart as they are, after you just say talk to your personal assistant, they they're lost. But if you show them, look, you could just text message this guy and he has access to this guy and this guy has all the tools and a place to build and save and share. Suddenly becomes magically easy. Okay, so I wanted to show you this. This even includes like the intake form and the post marketing. Okay, next. Here's one of my other clients that I've shown you a lot with ankalon.ai. This is relevant just because I'm going to show you where the output is for things like the publisher and stuff. This company and this site is doing remarkably well. The amount of content we're producing through the systems is incredible. And it's at the stage now where he's on, I

27:29

would say, almost autopilot. But what's really remarkable, today we're launching Ankenlaw Insiders. This is an example of how we can use the social media for free. As a law firm, they can't sell stuff to people. You can't do, you know, give away movie tickets, but you can do a newsletter. You can do free stuff. So, one of the concepts was Chicago is very big on sports and entertainment and celebrities. So, if we have a newsletter, because Ankenlaw has a lot of uh especially athletes, celebrities and so forth. If we have inside videos and photos and news stories from the inside, we can have somebody go on social media, click and save and share, but then they're added to the newsletter, which will help us do two things. It will grow the audience in the social media because now somebody gets something really interesting like the newsletter. the newsletter that was created. Uh, I should have one right here. Here's what the newsletter looks like. It's written by Fernando in the site with the latest stuff. I was actually at the opening game, the Hawks, but it's written in a way that's no human intervention. It's written in the way that's legal. It's not copyright violation, etc. You can share it. So the virtuous loop of this is that with ankle insiders, somebody's get this gorgeous way and thing to be incentivized to join a list

29:00

because nobody wants to think about an attorney unless they need one or their friends need one. But keeping them top of mind can be done if you give them something they would want to listen to or watch or read, which would be something like the the latest sports and celebrity news and gossip from Chicago because they do have an involvement with a lot of these folks and can deliver sometimes some things from the inside that isn't available publicly. But just to let you know, if we went to like x.com, I show you what this looks like in my profile. When somebody likes and shares, they just end up doing something like this where it automatically sends out. I'm an inklaw insider. Posts this. The next person comes along. Tada. Last week, I showed you something called the memory room, which is another example of things that you can do for yourself or your contractor clients or otherwise that allow them to use social media to get human beings involved, even if they're a business like a real estate firm or a law firm that otherwise doesn't have anybody needing to get emails from them. I mean, you don't need to hear from a real estate agent until you need to sell or buy a house, right? Or rent a house. These are relevant because with Fernando in the tools now anybody has access to the things that would have been hard to do. So if you go to 1WDTV minute launch and you see what the plans involve now it starts to make sense. Publisher is for a full-blown site that does some of the things I'm going to show you. Solo is for people who aren't publishing but they're going to want to have an

30:30

interaction with the guy that keeps track of all of their stuff and their training and their information. And I'll show you coursework. Team is for interacting between each other with a a small business, a team, a club, something where you want private peer-to-peer communication, sharing, even emailing notices. Pro is for a a small business, a restaurant, a contractor, where they do want the kind of things I'm showing you. get more business, get more leads, get more traffic, pull them off of socials, take them out of my if I have a channel, pull them off my channel, get them into my email list so that we can communicate with them and grow the list, grow the actual attention with the tools that we have that demonstrabably shows what the behavior is of the people. We have analytics to show the visits to the site. We have social to show the analytics on the actual social channels. We can monitor who likes and comments. We now can have the agentic setup of all of these tools. There's virtually no human being required. All super simple and priced where everybody you recommend, everybody who recommends their friend gets paid. First tier, second tier. Okay, remember I mentioned there's three communication channels. So for this, let's go to let's go kids. Uh let's go two places. Let's first start out with if I go to min uh go to minaunch.com. I promised you that even if you are

32:00

running a site that is a um publisher. Yes, we've got this amazing and gorgeous and streamlined and simplified. Everything you need is just in Minute Launch. There's no other plugins here except Fluent CRM, maybe for the moment Fluent Booking. I'm not sure about booking fluent CRM. Other than that, it's one plugin. And I'm letting you know here advanced the content, the apps, the custom things. Nobody's even going to need to deal with this. Why? Because the dash makes more sense for humans. This is my own custom dash. This is my dash. This is my gun. This is for fighting. This is for fun. Um, this is personalized to me. Everybody will get their own Dash. The reason that this is awesome, you won't need all of these apps. This is the full boat because I'm a administrator. Most people will only have two, maybe three tools. They will have number one. They will have Fernando. Fernando in whatever skin you want is what we've talked about. He sits here on the ready to interact with you and he is your own Tony Stark's Jarvis. It doesn't matter for free otherwise. Look how clean this is. I don't need him to talk to me. Although he could if the client

33:30

pays for the extra special talking option. Um, hey Fernando, tell me how many calories I consumed yesterday. Okay. He acts like instinct. He acts like if you talk to Claude or Cetch GPT or any of those things, but he's got access to all of your private data and all of your public data if that's what you need so that he's answering to you about your stuff in the storage area. If Instinct went and built some cool stuff, if your newsletter was doing well, he knows about it. And there's no reason even in the free mode. Look, he's in auto free. I'm not even paying for any kind of high-end thing. He knows I've got a health app. It records my sleep and my health and my moods and what I ate and what I did. I can go to it. I can use it directly. But why would I? In fact, it's easier for me to talk to them. Now, there is a caveat and I always say this in the solo plan out of the box, you've got, you know, everybody's lining up to the drinking fountain. It's free open router, so it took him like 30 seconds to get me an answer. If I wanted to bypass the line, I could switch them into the paid mode by just adding the button on the dash that said, "Give me some credits and let's go to the next level." I want to

35:00

let you know in the original and still in the back end of of Minute there's lots of controls for you to do stuff. But for most human beings, we're not going to do that. We're just going to have a simple button that says give give my guy some extra money to go to the store for me. And somebody will be able with the credit card they use to sign up add five bucks of open router credit. That's it. Not go into the dashboard, not see any of that. Just add more credit. But notice he said 75 calories. If I want to, I can still go into health and I can use what's essentially like an iPhone interface. And in this I can see whatever it is that I had yesterday or today. The interface is similar to iical uh which is a product that I use myself. I take pictures of stuff, talk to it. It it just is enough for if I want to to keep track as a human of everything I need and it's at my disposal as a human. But 99% of the time, I'd rather just say, "Hey, Fernando, make a report for my doctor." And so I can go in here directly or I can use Fernando. Fernando can answer across all the stuff. But what if you really, really, really, really, really want more than just Fernando in your relationship? Well, the internet is filled with expertise. And to that end, again, this is an example of how it kind of came full circle. If you think about all of the people that you get expertise from,

36:31

whether it be um on YouTube or in social media or whatever, wouldn't it be interesting? Wouldn't it be interesting if you could call in the expertise of those people and let's say Joe Rogan has a a guest on who's a remarkable person about some technical thing or health thing and or politician or whatever and you want to interact with that person or what do you want to do? Make yourself over with new clothes, new hair, new makeup. You want to figure out why your dog is wetting the rug. Wouldn't it be cool if you could take the expert of anybody in the world, one of three levels? Strangers who have basically been created on the premises you set up. Like, I want to practice dating. I want to practice pitching a product. I want to practice giving closing arguments to a jury. Number two, real people with real content who otherwise haven't done anything with it. It's just sitting there in the public and it's hard to get to, but we can curate it out. Or number three, real people who are participating partners like Dr. H who give us all their corpus. We really curate it immensely and now you come together in a place called the hub. And what's the hub? This is this is I'm going to go into a different mode here. Let's see. The hub is a tool that we have created to allow and I want to scale this to I'd

38:02

love to do I think I want to do this in iPhone mode to be honest. because I can show it better. Okay. If I go to the hub, what we've done here and let's see if this works. Too big. I think you guys can you you know you can see that this is pretty. Okay. The hub can be a full screen control panel. I want you to understand that. So if I go in that mode, I can actually have this fill the whole screen which is really pretty cool. Um, I'm going to try it again so I can see what I mean. Um, if if I go and do this, let's see what happens. I'll just keep it here because otherwise I'm just going to fuss around. Take my word. When I put it in full screen mode, it fills the whole computer, which is pretty awesome because it has four columns, but I'm going to show it here because this is easy to contemplate. Okay, number one, you have your people. Okay, you can create new people or you can pull in expertise. When you create new people, you can create new people fancifully or you can create new people based on topics or subjects. Or if you

39:33

pull in people, you can pull in people like I suggested from real life people that have been curated or have a site that can be curated or from people that we already have a publisher relationship with like a library. We have their content ready for you to use. So in this case, if I look, I start with who's on my side. Is it me? Me and my dog, me and my girlfriend, uh me and my kids, is it me plus a picture of my feet plus a picture of my shed and my house and my car? Anything on your side goes here. I'm going to just choose Spence me. And when I choose Spence me, I can set me up in a way that I get the details, right? In other words, I can create a profile for me that is specific to me. If I add somebody, I can have an interview with Fernando to set up all of the attributes of a person, place, or a thing. Um, when I do, their attributes can be edited, right? And if it is a real person, I don't know if you can see this down here, I can actually take a real person from their public information, put it in there, and it represents a proximity, a faximile of the real person. Uh Dr. Hoover and I were doing this yesterday. He's in here. Okay. So, number one, I pick me. Then, if I want to, I can create a group of other people to talk to or a single person. That is to say, if I wanted to practice doing uh vier picking a jury, pick a group of people. If I want to pitch my product, a bunch

41:04

of seed investors, if I want to talk to a bunch of restaurant owners about one of my other products, if I want to, in a dating example, Chicago singles, I want to talk to a bunch of women that are Chicago based women, guys, whatever. I can create groups, but if I want, I can just pick individually as well. And so I can have experts and I can have people that are regular people and I can have people that are um uh like guests of shows etc. So you can see all these people and when I go to any one particular person I can just edit their profile, their pictures, their content. Why does this matter? Okay, here's what happens. So I'll give you a couple use cases then I'll go backwards so I don't lose you. Spence. Okay. Um, let's say I'm going to talk to hair stylist Dana Brooks. Okay, with Dana, I had a conversation about me and changing my hairstyle, right? And there is, by the way, a full notice at the bottom that this is AI generated. Don't jump off a bridge for it, etc., etc. But I could be like, "Hey, Dana, what's going on? I want to change my hair. Can you give me like um give me like a 1920s look, some kind of slick back black hairstyle, and dress me up in something like The Great Gatsby? So Dana, whose specialty is hair and makeup and style, she's going to

42:34

instantly take me from my image or if it was my body parts or my car, and she's going to make a before and after for me in line. That becomes part of our conversation, but it's also part of the context. Now, I'm going to stop before we discuss this. What am I doing here? Okay, if you really think about it, before we had AI and you needed something, what did you do? You found out how to do it yourself or you got an expert. And when you dealt with an expert, what did you do? You went to see them in person. You wrote them a letter. You faxed them maybe a couple years ago. they gave you advice back and forth and you said, "Yeah, do that." It's the exact same thing, but the difference is we now have some ability to proximity uh to approximate to simulate what the real expert would do before we get to the expert or in some cases instead of the expert because the expertise is there for everybody. But we just need the tools and Fernando has them in the box for anybody to do this. So here I took the picture where by the way she had last made me with like uh Brad Pitt's hair and a tattoo on my neck. She put me into this. This isn't what I want. So let's let's reset her and say, "First of all, Dana, can you go back and get rid of my neck tattoo and put my

44:05

normal hair? And I'm looking for more of a tuxedo look, you know, like a 1920s vintage tuxedo, not in a disco. Put me in like a Great Gatsby kind of like a cocktail party set in the 1920s in a mansion on the East Coast. So, imagine that you've got a stylist and let's say I my stylist is my friend Sophia. if I showed her pictures of how I'd like to maybe have my haircut and I had another friend who helped me, you know, buy clothing and I had another friend that helped me do my makeup and hair or whatever if I did that. The point I'm saying is you can talk and talk and talk and the expert will go back and forth on you, your things, your your discussion and give you results and you get to see the before and after of what I might look like. Now, if I really did have this person, what do I want? I want a way to convey to that person what the deal was. So, I either use this button at the top or I just say, "And that's fantastic. Um, take the after and figure out what I have to buy and what's involved in the cost of doing my hair and all the rest of the stuff and give me a report." Just tell Fernando to give you a report. That's it. You can press the button or not. Now, what is going to happen? the market value of the things that need to be done based upon where you live and the other stuff will be calculated by the AI to automatically generate approximate approximate cost. No, that's

45:35

not right. Approximate cost of the things. But if there's a real hair salon or real stylist or a real expert or a real publisher who we're working with, their actual products and services would be included. So you could go to that person and get the real price. So here Dana has generated a before and after with a shopping list. Before after precision cut and style 85 bucks smoothing serum for my skin, you know, flexible hold hairspray 136 bucks. Now notice she's not the person buying the clothes. If I brought in somebody who knew how to buy the clothes, they could do the shopping for me based upon places that I would like to shop. Maybe it's eBay or Poshmark or maybe it's certain brands or maybe it's anywhere on the internet. I can set that person up. So, look, I'm going to bring someone in. Let's bring in my Alexandria. She's now in the conversation with me and Dana. Okay. Hey, Alexandria. Meet Dana. I want to get uh the clothes from what Dana gave me. A Great Gatsby tuxedo look. Can you figure out where to buy those for me and figure out the cost? Now, I had done this before with a product called Closet Wish. Um I can have the two of these experts with their own knowledge and specialty talk to each other. They are talking to each other and they're going to figure out what to

47:06

do. And when she recommends to me um something true Gatsby, you're looking at a tailored fit the cost be okay. I'll tell you what, Alexandria, I'm willing to spend a thousand bucks. Find a location that I can pick that up for a thousand bucks and give me a price. Uh Dana, I love the look of me with that slick back hair. Give me a cost on that in your report as well. So, if you follow what I'm doing, I'm freaking out a little bit. I'm having a conversation with two experts. They're both trying to give me the before and after that I'm looking for, which by the way, this isn't a bad look. Not a bad look. What do you think? Um, and then both of them can put together the price. Now, let's imagine this publisher is working with Minute Launch 5 minutes from now. That publisher is going to have their private vault, all of their money, all of their transactional stuff, all of their marketing automation, all of it inside of a a box that we provide, which means that you'll be able to have Dana or Alexandria actually put it together and there'll be links to buy that you can click and buy it prepaid and go in or you can just go in with the list of the stuff. Okay, so let's do make a report from Alexandria. Alexandria, uh, do me a favor. See if you can find that and then make a report. Okay. So, I think she's already doing it. But the idea is if that person provides

48:38

those services, if that person sells those clothes, if that person has an affiliate link, if that person does drop ship, if that person has virtual products that we're putting in their shop, you have all your stuff ready to go and you can save it and share it, copy it. So, here we go. Here's the Dana Brooks Alexandria Rossy Great Gabs. Great Gabsy Gabsy Great Gatsby tuxedo look. Okay. Purchase tuxedo. Acquire the dot dot dot dot dot. Okay. Here's the cost of the haircut. Here's some links. I asked her to go on eBay or otherwise to find them. She's going to look for other tuxedo prices in the meantime. If I want to, I can print this, save this, share this, copy it, save it to you. Let's see. I'll just give it to you guys. Let's see if it works out. Oh, this was uh this is the whole thing. It'll th this is not share the link. This is copy the data. If I share the link uh and it opens in a new tab, you'd see this thing. Okay, you guys can take a look at that. So, let's see if it goes through YouTube. All right. Now, when I go here, for example, uh if I click, this should be finding results that match up. See, black tux, we're in a different universe with this. I got to be honest, of all of the things that we created, this makes the most sense. I want to take a pause for a second because Dr. Hoover and I were

50:08

doing this because I'm not even near done with this yet to show you. We were freaking out yesterday. Dr. Hoover, if you're still here, because Dr. Dr. Hoover and I are working first person on this. Um, we're freaking out for a couple reasons because by the way, I didn't even let you know that also available to this conversation and you should know too in the interface that you can scale this is Fernando. I should have done this from the beginning. Fernando can help me if I'm having trouble communicating with the experts. Fernando, I love what they're doing here. Can you suggest how I could ask them about shoes? So, imagine you're trying to figure out what's the best way to interact with these people that are the experts or who are the people on the other end. Maybe they're not helping me get dressed. Maybe they're people that are skeptical investors in my product. Fernando can help me. What if it's a girl I want to go out with? Fernando can help me. So, he's saying I could say this to her, okay, and use this. And when I do and I go back to the chat now, Fernando helped me to ask Alexandria about the shoes. You with me? This entire thing is now saved in my library, my research. Okay? Everything that was created in these chats is there in perpetuity. So that means that I've lost nothing. All of the stuff about me and the looks and the things that they made

51:39

are all here for me as the user of the vault. I know Stuart and I were freaking out because like we barely even scratched the surface on this and already we're dropping off. I mean, you can see for example, this was me at the pool. Of course it is. Um, this is me, by the way, with the Mike Brady retro. All of the reports are available. Everything is here for the future as a solo, a team member, individual or as a pro or of course as a publisher. The research, this is if I'm in the attorney mode, which I'm going to show you is a different product, but it's still available to people. Um, let's do a different one. Let's go back here and instead of me doing a consultation on something, let's talk to a a professional of some kind. So, it'll still be Spence. It could be my company or something else. I could talk to an individual. Yesterday, I was talking to Dr. Hoover. If it's still here, I was talking to I don't think I grouped it, so I'm going to state a new one with Dr. Hoover. But in the meantime, let's pretend it's me and I'm doing Chicago singles night. Here's a group of people, guys and girls. There's a guy. And I can just have fun interacting and practicing my social skills. Or if I'm just bored to

53:11

be quite honest, it's actually quite entertaining. Hey guys, it's Spence. What's going on tonight? It's Friday. Where are you going? It has all of the knowledge of the geography where you're at and the things that we programmed into it. So, when we set up these individuals, Fernando set it up based upon things in Chicago, real things, real events. Okay. What's going on in the city tonight? I was thinking of coming down. Is there a Hawks game? Okay. Now, some of you might go, "That's weird, Spence. Talk to real people." Well, I talk to real people all day, but wouldn't it be interesting for various things that I could also practice this? like maybe I'm socially shy or maybe I'm trying to practice what I would do or maybe I'm I'm putting on an event and I want to see what people's response would be, etc. You know, yeah, Maya, tell me when's the next home game. Okay, now they know of the geography stuff. He's tapped into the map. They can recommend great bars. It's like Yelp but with real people having conversation. What's the best place in uh on Grand Avenue to have a a pizza and a beer? Have you guys ever heard of Mark Anthony, which is a real place that I go? Let's see what the response is. Right. Okay. Now, let's take it a different way. Let's go back and let's do another one. But this is one that's really relevant. I mentioned to you that all of us now have an app that's called

54:41

Minilunch Health. We have one that's Minilaunch calendar for the families. We have all the other capabilities of Fernando specialty school skills and tools and so forth. Let's do one between me and then I'm going to talk to a couple experts. So, I'm going to do Dr. Hoover. If you're in here, Dr. Steuart Hoover, which by the way, this is an example because Dr. Hoover is here today. This is a real person. Dr. Hoover has real contact information, okay, that I can fill out entirely. I just have some of it here, you know, like uh Dr. Hoove at Gmail. I hope that's okay, Dr. Hoover. And I could put his address in. Here's his website, his YouTube channel, his booking links, everything. Why is that useful? Because imagine if the real Dr. Hoover wants to be in the directory and people can have virtual consultations, but then know how to book a call with him and pay for it. Hello. He can answer 99% of the stuff this way. And the people who want to get his content, his context, it can either be free, semire, fully paid. Dr. Hoover has videos that we've extricated automatically from YouTube and turned it into context. We've added his picture. Okay, we've curated or whoever is doing this for themselves can curate a real person as well as a fully simulated person. Okay. So, going back here, it's going to be me and then let's bring in somebody who's an expert in PEMF, Dr. Evelyn Reid.

56:14

Notice this is not a real person. I've I've set her up as a real person. It's really not a real person, but I'm going to do uh between So, uh add Dr. Hoover. I've clicked the wrong button. Excuse me. Okay. So, uh I've got Dr. Hoover and I'm gonna do Dr. Reed. Okay. Let's have a call. The three of us together. Now, PEMF is the thing that Vibe product that I used with my nerve damage and stuff. I'll be like, "Hey, Dr. Hoover. Hey, Dr. Reed. We found out yesterday Dr. Hoover is very chatty when he's the first character, but I added something in there to make that less. So notice, by the way, this option here, health records on or off. If I turn on my records, I agree that you can use the stuff that I've saved in my vault as part of this conversation. I, the human being, clicked the button to bring it in to the general purpose AI, right? See the difference? This isn't a health app. There's a thing that says at the bottom, "This is not a health app. This is a simulation for information and entertainment, not medical, legal, or financial advice. Don't rely on it. Don't jump off a bridge. Check with your doctor." But I've added the details about what I ate and drank. You guys have my health

57:45

records. I haven't been sleeping really well. I was thinking about maybe using the Vibe or maybe taking some glycine and some NAC. Do you have any advice on that? I'm only getting like four and a half hours of sleep. The real Dr. Hoover is here, by the way, to audit this conversation in case I go have to jump off a bridge train. You see this? Okay. See, Dr. Hoover, who by the way, we've programmed to be super awesome, is jumping right into that bad boy. Okay. So, he's jumped right in first and then Dr. Reed has jumped in. Now, they're not speaking to me like verbally. I don't want it, but I can see. And he's talking about glycine and NAC. And I can zoom up a bit. It's just it's hard to see it when I zoom in. So, um, he's talking about glycine NAC. And she's saying the Vibe, which is the product I have, and what to use. Okay. Can you guys put together a protocol for me to try to help me stay asleep? I go to bed fine. I just can't stay asleep. Can you give me a protocol to try tonight step by step and also what I should buy if anything for supplements? I already have the Vibe device. So Dr. Reed, tell me what I should use on that. What settings and for how long? So I could have a longer conversation, but I want to share more stuff with you guys. The idea is in this case I'm actually having as much time as I want and if I needed to and I wanted to, I could turn on the voices. And I'm not

59:16

suggesting to you that I have the real voice of every expert. So that's not the case. But in this situation, the simulated voices could be pleasant to me. She's put this together. Dr. Hoover's put together his thing. I say, "Make a report." The two of them write up a report. Gummies, right? I've got those in backup now. Vince and I are pass. Hi, Vin. Vin, are you coming to lunch today or No, I don't think you are, but if you are, let me know. Um, I used to take gummies when I had the nerve damage and I may try taking them again, but I've been trying to get this sorted out without it because when I took the gummies, I was having to take more and more gummies and I'm just thinking like there's something else going on. But any that's Dr. Vince. Okay, here's the report. Okay, same idea. I've got actionable steps I could take now. I could go to Amazon and get my glycine. I actually bought some yesterday. I bought this neutraost. Amazing. Minute launch health with Fernando. He keeps track of everything I bought. What? Yeah. He keeps track of everything I bought because if I go into Minute Health, I can put in or have Fernando put in what I'm using. So, it's got this here take and I can add in anything I'm doing and using. And I can even paste in a list from Amazon or have Fernando do it and how much I take it, how often I take it, how much it costs, etc. Because if I do it that way, I don't have to worry. And in fact, if I go here, let's say to Fernando, this is

60:47

how I do it. I'm usually talking in my headset. And I say, "Hey, Fernando, it's Spence. I wanted to let you know, add to my health that I take three grams of glycine powder every evening at bedtime along with uh 1,200 milligrams of NAC. Add those to what I take." Okay? I tell them what I ate. I tell them how I slept. I tell him what I did. My watch synchronizes. He's got the data, but I can also use the data in a consultation with experts. When I do it this way, see what's so remarkable. He's like, "No problem, Spence. I'll add it. Now it's in there. And now that it's in there, I don't really need to look, but if I looked, I would see that it should be in there right under what I take." Human beings are not going to need to deal with all of these little fiddly bits. Why would you? Why would you want to? Okay, why would you want to deal with that? Nobody would. And in terms of sharing and saving, what if I wanted to talk to a human being? I mentioned drops. So drops is really moved up to the next level. Drops now comes with, wait for it, retro notifications. So see down here alerts. If I've got my phone, I've got my desktop. When I was a kid in the early days of the internet, we had a thing called ICQ. ICQ was a thing that would be always on your desktop. We didn't have cell phones then. That would let

62:17

you know when somebody's trying to reach you and it would go, "Oh, I've added in the Gen X version of that." Or you can do a traditional beep or whatever. So, what happens is I've got um I've got this set up so that if I'm using drops, I can go ahead and get notified when something meaningful happens or somebody's trying to reach me on my phone. I've got notifications now with Drops. That means we've got a full peer-to-peer sharing network. Anybody on any site using the free minute launch plugin or the paid has an individual drop handler address. Okay, somebody just texted me. I don't know who this is, but I can then communicate with them. Thanks. Glad you like it. And when I do that, it sends it out to whoever that person is. They get the message, they get a recording of my voice, they get the image, they get the video. I who am running this have basically like WhatsApp ICQ. It goes oh on my phone or it vibrates and Fernando himself has his own box. I can tell Fernando I need him to do stuff this way. So I could be remotely texting to Fernando to do something. I don't have to log into the site. I could

63:48

just use my phone and send him a drop to run my client sites or do whatever. Now, Fernando has a check valve in there so that he only listens to me because I'm programmed in as the one that's authorized. It has to come from one of my devices. But if you follow my meaning, hey, Fernando, add that I ate uh uh two hard-boiled eggs for breakfast today to my health. This is Spence. It's Spence to Man. Okay. So, what this does is it sends a message to Fernando through Drops. Okay. And now Fernando picks that up. And by the way, that's what you just saw. When you receive on Drops, that's what it looks like. So if I sent to you something, it would show you the video, show you the image, show you the text. You would get it on your mobile device, get it on your desktop. You would get a notification in the screen that you had something waiting. Usually it'd be a little number here in the top right. And magic ensues. But Fernando can also do that as well. So, let me see if I can show you what it looks like for end to end. Um, see where it says launch pure Spence? That's another account of mine, right? So, I'm going to be like, "Hey, Spence, here's a cool thing from my media library or an image." All right. And I'll just pick something from the media library or I can upload. I don't have anything in this one because I'm just a test account. So, let's actually just upload from my desktop.

65:20

I'll take uh today's thumbnail. Okay, I send that. Notice it's got the meter at the top that says sending. And then it's done. Now I'm going to go over to Launchpure and I'm going to be that account so you can see what happens. First of all, let's just make sure that I've updated the software here. Notice in the bottom right, see where it says number five? I've already got drops waiting for me. Did you see at the top I have a number five up here. So when you're using it and also my watch just went off. Um I just got a notification. I don't know if you can read this here. It says minute launch. It says uh minute launch from my dash. Minute launch Spence sent a message. Okay. I don't need an outside service. I've got a private way to get to this. So, you can communicate peer-to-peer with everybody you love, care about, doing, work with, privately or otherwise. Share, save, and send. When everybody shares, saves, and sends, it's in their box. Now, look, this is what the receiver gets. I can say yes or no, but if I set it to auto, it'll automatically accept. I'm going to say thank you, sir. And I'll do two things. I'll send I'll accept and I'll send the message. And that's it. Now I've got this in my media library. And this is awesome because I can use this or look at this along with the other things. I can print, save, share. It's the ultimate peer-to-peer

66:51

capability. And it's not going to the man. It's not going to Zuck or Bezos or Sergey or any of these other sickopants. It's going to your friend to your business because it's peerto-peer. Only the person that knows about the website has this. If you do illegal stuff and the FBI comes knocking, I guarantee I'm going to let them in. But I'm still saying don't do illegal stuff and you're still not putting up the pictures of your dog or your mole or your business or whatever for it to be shared and saved and trained upon. Okay. Now, when I go back, if I went to minute launch, of course, you would see if I can find here, there's the thank you, sir. Okay. So, now we've got this dialogue back and forth. By the way, I have a phone book. So, I can add my favorite people to a phone book after they've saved and shared stuff. I can create groups if I'm in the teams. We talked about this with Julie. I can create groups of people related to a particular event up to 250 people peer-to-peer or unlimited people from one to many. So you can also trigger this little doodad here for Steuart Hoover. That's the auto accept. That means it'll just automatically take whatever he sends to me and I can use the refresh button to check for new messages. Okay, let's take a pause. What have we got? We've got three ways to work with Fernando. I didn't show you

68:21

the lab, but you know the lab, but I'll go back to the lab. If you go into the lab, which nobody is going to be having unless you're really at the publisher level, there's no need to. Lab is the hardcore work, the team stuff, the projects, the stuff that needs to be done. It's like it's the real deal, right? And it's got Canvas in there and all this other stuff that we can do. Um, you know, I'm doing handoff work to the agents. This is for publisher only and probably normal people won't look at it. We'll look at it. Number two, we've got uh coach who is your main guy. Ask Fernando. That's where everybody's going to just interact in the way what's the weather going to be like in uh 602 today. You know, he can interact with anything in the world and there's no real hassle. It's just talk to Fernando. And if you want to turn on the talking, this will instead of saying I'm asleep, it will say, uh, you need to add money to your key. Good morning, Lloyd. So, in other words, we will not require people to bring their own keys anymore. Uh, the last part of this business model that I haven't discussed is when we're talking about going back to the the hub and content. Let's talk about Dr. H, for example. This is going to be launching this week as well, hopefully. Um, let's go here. I'm not going to log into it, but I am

69:52

going to go to the site. Um this is the newa an example of a new product called minuteaunch publisher who along with minute launch librarian and other tools are what Fernando and the hub uses to make things awesome and it shares this knowledge with any agent to make a beautiful site to make beautiful content to make the videos to make the sales to do all of the management to distribute the money out it's all contained therein through the major players that you're already familiar with like we use agentmail.to to it connects to Bravo if you want for the other SMTP uses Stripe for the money, but when it comes to creating content, yes, the agents acting as as real people talking to you is awesome, but some people still want to read a course. So, here's two examples of courses. Here is the one that I showed you before, traditionally made on the fly, extremely beautiful, very easy to navigate. All of the imagery, all the content made from the context of Dr. H and his expertise in healthy eating. But here's the new one in Publisher. Publisher is like the IKEA for all the agents. It has all of the stuff it needs to make beautiful mobile friendly applications. So here's the same course by publisher where when we go into it this way, each of the lessons has what we call full

71:23

screen or focus mode. If I go into full screen focus mode, this is light and fast and the imagery and the other stuff is created dynamically, but it's separated out for efficiency. So, I can as a human edit the lessons, but the agent has the full access to the content, the design, everything in the parts that it needs to make edits or make beautiful stuff. It doesn't have to invent it from scratch. And when you look at this on mobile, it's optimized for somebody to read it or yes, instant audiobooks. Most people already know that picture, okay, if they want to listen to it. So imagine you're a publisher and now we say to you, well, here's the deal. You could do all your crazy stuff your way or everything to run your entire business starting with just a simple conversation in under five days. Probably it's faster, but we're promising five days. We could take your entire knowledge base, all of your customers, all your prospects, all your whatever, build it into a site along with the UGC characters, along with the marketing, the sales, the lead magnets. We can deliver it in a way that's mobile friendly. Now, your context is not only available through your own sales and sites, but the final frontier, and I haven't launched that yet today, but you know it's coming, is exactly how Apple succeeded with the apps in the iPhone app store. Imagine a situation where now any publisher,

72:53

whether they realize it or not, can have their corpus of knowledge turned into things that people can get for free or buy or rent, just like checking out a library book and use it in the way they want. I can listen to an audio book created from your stuff automatically or that you actually made or that was made for you. I can read it or I can have a consultation through Fernando to use it or I can have a consultation with the virtual you to use it and then I can do stuff with that and I can keep that and remind it and if I want to bring in Muse or Claude or Perplexity or dots or I want to bring in Instinct, they can come in and help out. They can make stuff too because all of the videos, all of the tools are all rest enabled and it all works through the thing that I own and control. that's at that that that U-Haul storage place, right? You you paid 300 bucks a year, you get one of those cubbies. If you get a team, you can have your whole team in there having a barbecue. Now, when it comes to this actual contents and content, we do it for the person who has it, but we are also curating it out from public things. And as you saw, the person who has their own vault can get a version of that automatically just by asking for it. So if I go back over here to the hub, if I wanted to create

74:23

knowledge, I can go to create and I could say add an expert and I could just say what am I interested in learning about cooking. Okay? And I can either do a real person or a brand and I can bring them in if I have a website or a name. If I want to bring in uh um Gordon Ramsay, right? And if I have his website, I'm I don't know if it is here or not, but I'm sure he'll find Gordon Ramsey. I can choose to bring in the knowledge of Gordon Ramsay. I can make a profile that hasn't go you donkey. But the idea is I'm getting what I want at this level. This isn't like curated and this isn't Gordon participating, but I'm going to go, okay, let's add Gordon as an expert. Okay, bring them in. Now I can have planning for a dinner party. I can figure out the ingredients and the recipe lists and all the other things. And then Gordon, if I tell him I shop at a certain store, can give me the report and a shopping list ready to go. My agent can go out and buy the stuff. If I connect to Instinct, Instinct can take the list and go hassle the guy at the tire shop. By the way, I'll show you what that means. So, when I was doing the tire stuff, uh, it was here. Tires. So, hi, I'm Spencer's assistant. He previously bought tires at your

75:53

Deerfield store. That's, you know, blah blah blah blah blah. And the guy responds, it's Javier Solo from the Blue Sky Tire and Auto. He gave me a quote, 1125 bucks for all four. Like that's how this works now. There's a virtual machine being given away for free who could talk to my guy or talk to me directly and go out and buy the list of stuff that Gordon Ramsay's recommending in my consultation um about what's next. Let's see. Uh where was I talking? Where was I talking here? The other types of things you could create besides a group and an expert and the dating thing is fun. You can imagine why the dating thing is fun. But like if I was just doing that, um, I could speak in other languages. Okay, so I have a girlfriend these days, but like when I dated, I actually built this tool originally because I dated a lot of women that I didn't speak their native language. Maybe it was Russian or Ukrainian. I wanted to practice. I speak fairly well fluent in Spanish, but so what I would do is um let's do me and talk to uh one of the dating prospects. So, let's see if I got somebody here.

77:26

Well, I think this girl is Adriana. Okay, so here's Adriana. I'd be like, "Hey, Adriana, what's going on? Are you working today?" Now, if she was speaking natively in another language, which I programmed her to. That's where Fernando comes in because see, Fernando is monitoring the conversation and he can give me tips on what to say or he can translate live. Fernando, she said she speaks Spanish. Tell me something romantic to share with her in Spanish. And I can set this up to be whatever temperature I want. Right, Fernando? She said she speaks Spanish. Tell me something in Spanish I could say romantically. Okay, Fernando can give me advice. Okay, use this. And then I I I'm not sure if this character did speak Spanish, but she should start talking to me in Spanish. See? And there you go. Now I can have it speak to me, too. So, I can hear the words and I can actually practice. This actually worked well for me when I went down to Miami and I went out with a couple uh lovely women who spoke Spanish natively. I got to enjoy practicing my language skills. Um, for the juries, I have this group of audience uh this this audience of attorneys. We have this new product which probably isn't going to be necessary for most of you, but imagine we've got cases that have depositions. I work with a company that does depositions and we pick a deposition. We can put it in here and have either a virtual law clerk or we can look at the deposition and we can watch it, edit it, do what you call uh cross-examination, right? Like we can in

78:57

other words look to what's playing. There's a video. Find the particular spots, watch the video, hear it, or what? I'm not gonna bore you with this. Or go to the law clerk and I'm gonna be like, "Hey, Avery, I was just watching the Dr. Puit deposition. What was the most important thing he said again? At what point?" And so, as a law clerk, she's reading the whole transcript, knows what the case is about, etc., etc. She just tells me, "Look, here's the most important thing." He said, "I looked at my phone. Here's the the video. Okay. And it's here's the line. So if I want to save a note, it' be like, "Oh my god, at line 22, he said he looked at his phone for a second." Okay. And I save a note and I can put in there what's remarkable. And now as an attorney, I've got information that in the future I can go ahead and use for cross-examination or something else. I'm sure you can see a bunch of examples of this, but let's talk about finally. Let's go to the end and go to WW WDTV. What are we selling? What are we doing? All of the business stuff is set up now for you to do your free affiliate accounts or you could start buying stuff, of course. Um, all of the sales pages that you'll need, all of the marketing will be created for you and it will be what I call Mad Lib

80:27

style. That is there will be things that are optimized. I've shown you some examples for you to sell to anybody that have your affiliate link in. And if somebody buys from you, the the solo, you get the 300 a year, you get 50 a year. If somebody that you sell to sells their friend on it, you get another 25 a year. You can make 75 bucks for everybody you refer if they refer a friend. In the teams, you get a hundred a month. Sorry, 100 a year. And then second tier is 50. In the pro, it's 500 a year and 250. So, you can be making 750 bucks by bringing in proc contractors and clients who are paying essentially six grand a year for some of the most crazy stuff you've ever seen, including, I showed you last week, the ability to have automatic leads and sales funnels. I showed you something from Ankenlaw, but let me show you with the receptionists. The receptionist is what most of these guys need when they're on a roof, right? So, we've got the ability to try it out here. This is like Apex Autoworks. Okay.

82:01

Julie, I probably have you rolling on the floor. This is like another day for Julie in Texas, right? Um, listen. I've got a a two thou Hold on. I got a 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL500. I need some work on the Fetzer valve. Yeah. And I think you need to look at the bypass line, too. Julie's like, "Hey, Clint, we need to talk." Yeah, I can bring her in. That is great, Clint. Yeah, that's that's about right. Okay. That'll do it. plant. See you later, boy.

83:43

We'll do. Bye. Okay, so aside from my goofiness, this is an example with you get a virtual phone number if you sign up. This is um the service we've connected allows you to have a virtual number and so for your uh Oh, you guys can't hear all of that. You're the Lloyd, you're the only one who couldn't hear it. Did everybody else hear that? I'm quite sure that it was coming through, right? Any event, I hope it was recording, but I'm pretty sure it did. Let me see. It was coming through, right? Any event, I hope it was. I'm curious because I always want to see. Let's go. Hold on. I got a 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL500. I need some work on the fencer. Interesting. Okay. Sorry. No, you couldn't hear it. Well, that's too bad. Call the number. I don't know what to say. That sucks because that's just uh Thanks, Streamyard on it. Here's what it got. It is a really country guy who sounded like me named Clint and he was answering. You can actually call uh this number and drive drive me crazy on this. I think if you called this virtual number 7739921146, you are absolutely welcome to drive me crazy because it's going to ring my phone up. But actually, what I'm going to do, see where it says real person's phone number? I'm gonna change this now. This was my real number. I'm going to change this to 5551212 because otherwise when it doesn't

85:13

actually um it rings me first. It tries if I set it up in a certain way, it'll answer for me. But you guys try it. You'll call that one and you'll talk Clint. Now, it also has a chat box. Now, I don't really necessarily want to use this myself, but if I did use this, this should show up on every page where uh I haven't actually tested this. I haven't actually used the chat box part. I think it might be set up. The chat box is a traditional chat box. That's a floating box. I don't think I would bother with it, but let's just see what the setup is. Um, see where you can set like good old boy mechanic mechanic friendly front desk com professional save callers to your contacts. Now I will show you on this one what happens if I look into my CRM and I can do that in a couple different ways. I would probably go through Fernando. So, if I go in here, I can see the CRM through Fernando through my tools or I can go into the direct CRM, but I don't think that that's as useful. So, here if I look for Spence, uh, I should have

86:45

a lot of me, unfortunately. But, um, whichever one it is, I'm not sure. Let's look at what the actual record was. I haven't really set in fairness, I haven't set this one up too much. No lunch for Vince today. Vinnie, we'll have to get together over the weekend or something. Again, notice it's um notice it says Spence next Tuesday, right? And Spence is in the CRM. Notice it did take my cell phone number and it has the recording. Let's see if you can hear that. Uh I don't think you're going to hear that. And then the one thing it should have is I think I set it up to synchronize to the Fluent CRM. It should have. Well, let's take a look. I'm going to go in the back end even though most people won't. WP admin. This admin is going to be a thing of the past for almost all of you guys. I have a special list. So, if you go over here to contacts list, there's a list called inbound callers or should be ML receptionist. And so, here's here's the call from 5765914. So, interesting. This isn't the only thing we have. the minute launch remodeler, which you guys know about.

88:15

I've shown you that before. But for somebody who's a pro, they have the tools that you can set up um that do the things you needed to do. Remodeler is the one that allows you to take in the leads through the form with the before and after. We've talked about this before, which is really quite fascinating. Um and in in addition to whatever the regular website does. All right, let's wrap it up because I've kept you guys for an hour and a half. Um, we're in an interesting new space because what I have decided to do and what's happening here hopefully you can see is that I've created ultimately an endto-end ecosystem. Uh, can you build a traditional website with WordPress? Of course you can. Would you? Should you? No. Absolutely not. today, right now, you could literally without paying me a dime, still get the Minute Launch Plug-in Manager plugin, connect it on your own hosting, do whatever you want, and you're not using any of the plugins, but you can use the Minuteaunch plug-in manager features to connect Instinct and other things, and with the free Minute Canvas Block do remarkable stuff. But when you really connect the rest of the system and drops and all the things and you think about the value proposition of getting involved in the ecosystem, we figured out a way and Dr. Hoover and I have worked on this quite a bit to get an outcome that's easy enough for you to literally hand a phone to somebody.

89:45

Literally give them a site based upon a couple minutes conversation. And we've figured out a way, we think, to make it possible for everybody to participate financially in the rewards to not only share the information, but to be honest, we really can get more out of the information. If you think about how your world works, nobody anymore, and this is sad, but true, has the time or inclination to read a 500page book. Everybody wants a spoonfed answer like I showed you, whether it be for dating or for dressing me up or for getting advice from medical professionals. If I can keep my information, my knowledge, my training in a box for me and my family, my kids, my dogs, uh my elderly parents, and use that as I wish in my daytoday, then I can spend more time with real humans. And when I do interact with a real human, I do have a real human cut my hair. I can bring her a thing and says, "This is what I want, Sophia." And if Sophia needs more business, Sophia can use this because we can provide her the tools to get more business because more people can see what Sophia can do. And it could be programmed in to be more like Sophia, especially when it comes to like if Sophia has a thousand videos on the internet. One last thing about this just to give you an example. My a pal of mine indirect pal through my friend Jeremy is Andrew Warner and I was using Andrew Warner stuff with coach just to show you before about importing his

91:16

library knowledge. So the same knowledge that is useful in um the hub can be used with coach if I want to have him show me Andrew Warner videos. I showed you this last week, right? So I have in coach imported through uh the app store the knowledge library Andrew Warner 311 videos all of the stuff from his new channel. But watch what happens if I go over here and I promise this is the last thing. And and by the way I didn't show you but I'm going to show you. We also have white label capability. Okay. So let's say you are somebody who has a doctor or a brand. Notice Reed PMF Wellness Center. Dr. Reed can have her own personal white label version of this. How is it different? Notice who you can talk to. You can only talk to Dr. Reed or Dr. Reed's people. You have a ability if you're a publisher to have a white label version of this with your brand to give to your patients, give to your clients, give to your customers, and it has all your contact info in, but it's also curated to be only your expertise. That's an option for publishers, by the way. But if I go over here real quick, and I'll end it on this. If I go over to the regular one, I'm clicking the wrong button. Okay. Um, I'm going to get out of lock clerk mode

92:48

and I am going to um I'm before I have a Spencer moment, there was one thing I wanted to share with you and I'm trying to remember what it was. It was before it was with Oh, Andrew Warner is available as a conversationalist. He has this show, the next new thing AI. So me, I want to talk to, let's say I want to talk to Andrew Warner. Okay, Andrew has all of his videos. I can interact with him here, but he has guests. He has like a different guest on all 300 shows. Like on one of his shows, he had this guy Dota Bipa. We can get the experts off his show and have them brought in. It takes the expertise from any person that is in a particular show or in any context. And now I'm having a conversation with Andrew and Dota or Dada about the stuff that both of them are experts on. Hey guys, I'm hoping you give me some entrepreneurial advice here based upon the things I I saw in your video. Now he can call in videos. Andrew can call in videos. Dada can call in videos. I can look and see the profile of the person. It's like as good as having a a participation in their show. I could put Joe Rogan in here, etc. Now, when we're doing this chat, he's going to reference different things, right? Like,

94:20

I don't know, Andrew, tell me, what do you think's the most important thing in the video uh that you guys had together that I saw on on the new next new thing? I don't know if this is conveying to you guys, but the idea is imagine you got Joe Rogan. He has got like 50,000 people who've been on. We can pull in any or all of those people and add them to our roster of experts and it does all of the back research automatically and then I could start having conversations with Andrew Huberman or something, right? And when we do these conversations, they can consult with me or I can pitch to them my business idea. Where this really came in handy was when I was doing in um a group I was pitching to investors. So is me or I could be my business launchpure or something with Dr. Hoover. And here I'm like I'm going to do a pitch to seed investors. Okay? And I can set their behavior, right? Like they can be or they can be friendly or could be whatever. It be like, "Hey guys, I want to tell you about my new business. I'm building something that will revolutionize WordPress and how people interact with AI knowledge. Notice, by the way, the speed on this is remarkable. And this is pretty much using just off oftheshelf stuff. This isn't like anything special. The cost of

95:50

this is like a tenth of a penny uh per minute or something. I mean, it's really, really, really inexpensive because this doesn't require them to go to the outside world. It's using the knowledge that's built into here. So, these guys can be set to like make me, show them, tell them until I get it right. And then when it's done, I make a report. Okay. Sorry. Well, I'll tell you what. Can you guys go look at what I'm doing? If I gave a URL, if you went to 1wd.tv/minutaunchaunch, can you see what I'm doing? I put in the capability for them to be able to do research. Now, she's like Shark Tank here telling me whatever. Okay. So, I'm building something that allows me to put artificial uh AI uh assistance together in a way that helps me learn how to pitch my product better. What do you think? That's a ridiculous comment, but when I've been using this in practice, I think about who the customers are. You know how my mom I told you in the things like here's a remote control how to use it and she puts her hand over it. If all she has to do is literally go and say okay I'm have a conversation with me and I want to talk to an expert of some kind and I can filter by the way on see real people characters publishers curated you know web only. I can do it by name. um if I want to have a a conversation with a

97:20

particular person, she just has to choose somebody. And it's probably easy enough for her to do that. And if it isn't as easy as that, then I'll try to make it that easy because we definitely have figured out that at the end of the day, being able to come back and see the things that were made or the things that were done, this is accessible. As soon as I go beyond this, even though yes, it does Fernando and yes, it does all these other amazing things, 99% of what happens happens inside of the chat, right, with somebody. And if that's all you need is to have a conversation, think about all the lonely people wishing that life, imagine you're dealing with issues. I dealt with three and a half years, almost four years now. No, it's three three and a half years now of this back and nerve injury stuff. I was spending nights talking to the early versions of AI and it was remarkably helpful to me. I was taking notes and I was talking. When I'm now in the car, I just simply put the headset in and I tell Fernando, I'm like, "Listen, Fernando, I'm walked 11,000 steps yesterday. Oh, I had a half a cup of cottage cheese. What's the calorie count on that?" Oh, I already asked you that yesterday. I had uh four pieces of New York sirine steak. It was about four ounces. How much is that? I'm just making up. I'm not interested in doing this on my phone anymore or this. And I'm not interested in googling the I'm

98:50

interested in telling my guy to talk to other guys and then save it, share it, do whatever. And then if I do want to have a conversation, I want to have them make me a custom course or I want to have them talk to me in my ear and read a bedtime story. I want them to create a custom app. But you notice what I'm doing? I'm only talking to Fernando or a bunch of people I choose. And I'm saying talking because I'm using the built-in mic. I'm not typing. I'm really not. I mean, I could type, but that's the difference. Okay. So, he's got this all logged. And I'd be like, "Hey, I'm weighing 238 pounds. How many more pounds do I have left on my goal?" Let's see if he remembers that. So, I want to say I'm glad you guys made it today. This is all being tested out, going live. The app store component, whatever I call that, will be coming as well. And that is going to be inside of every single vault as a delivery vehicle. We have the opportunity to have any publisher stuff available to download and save and share. Yes. So every account will be able to purchase every app. Solo is going to be limited in which applications come from the box. So come out of the box. For example, if we go here, um this this account is

100:20

not cleaned up because it's my own personal testing account. We're only going to need a couple of these apps. And by the way, these things operate just like the iPhone. So, uh, if you want to reposition and drag stuff around, if you want to change the look, you want to change the feel, uh, at some point I'm even going to have I I think I may have already done grouping. It's not doing it yet, but you know, on the iPhone, you drag one on top of the other, but Solo doesn't need this. Solo gets coach. Solo will get the hub. Solo gets drops, but drops only peer-to-peer, not the ability to create a group. Solo gets um health, solo gets calendar. Calendar is awesome too because calendar is designed like the same concept of you. I don't need a calendar. I already got a calendar. I need a thing I can tell Fernando that I have appointments and I want to know who else in my family or team has got appointments, right? So, while I can add a new appointment here and go, you know, uh go for a bike ride on Saturday, uh October 10th. Okay. And who is this for? If if it's a custodian, I can add a picture. This is for me. Done. Now, why is this relevant? Because imagine you got a family. You're trying to coordinate who's doing what, when, where, and why. I don't need a calendar. I got that in my phone. I need something that tells me Spence, you got an appointment to go for a bike ride with your kid or something like that. You see

101:51

the difference? And if just to prove a point, if I go to Fernando, coach, if he's always present, and by the way, I do like speaking to him. So, let's see if you guys can hear this. I think the reason that I know what's wrong. I'm so sad that I didn't do that. I'm sorry about that, guys. The knucklehead. Uh, it's the knucklehead. Uh, it's too late to do it. The knucklehead uh, Streamyard requires me to do that lever. Let me add it again. When I'm saving stuff, for some reason, these knuckleheads all think that I need to specially add the volume. I have no idea why. And I forgot to do it in haste cuz I was hasty. Why is that? Why Why would anybody not want to share their volume? I don't know. Now I'm sharing it. So, I'm going to show you two things. First of all, um, since you guys are sticking around, I'll come back to But just so you hear what Clint sounds like. You get the gist if you're still here. Apex Auto Works, this is Clint. What can I do for you? Hi, Clint. It's Spence again. How's your sister? L. Hey, Spence. I know who you are. What's going on? Nothing. I just wanted to share your voice with my friends. Well, ain't that something? I'm honored,

103:22

really. But, uh, what can I actually help you with today? Not much. Bye. Okay. Hopefully, you can hear that. And what's fun about it is, first of all, the receptionist is kind of mental because that's what's going to happen if you use that is everybody's going to call it up to just pimp it out and talk to it. I don't I don't think the receptionist is a great idea, but it's available. Um, more importantly though, if I go to coach, this is what I really enjoy doing is I just have him on all the time. He can be on while I'm doing other stuff. So, I wake him up and this works great on the phone especially. Hey, what do you need? Hey, what's going on? Can you I don't know if you guys can hear it or not, but um Hey, listen. I'm doing the live show. Can you look at my calendar? Do I am I doing anything on Saturday tomorrow? I'll check your calendar and then tell you plainly. You've got one thing tomorrow, a bike ride. That's the only entry on your calendar. Okay, cool. Listen, I want to let you know I'm at 238 pounds on my goal of getting to 220. Can you mark that on my health for me? I can log that and set the goal in your health record. Great. Now, I'm going to change your voice to a girl or something. Okay. I

104:53

don't know if this Let's see what Sage is. Hi. What What do you sound like now, Fernando? Calm. precise. Okay. Hi, Sage. It's hard to hear you. I'm here, but your audio is faint. Try speaking closer to the No. Okay. Well, your voice is hard to hear for me. Let's try Verse. Hi. Hi, Fernando. Verse, are you there? Hi, I can hear you now. What do you want to do next? Okay, cool. You've got a good voice. Listen, can you talk like Tony Stark's Jarvis, like an English butler, and just not be so wordy? Just get right to the point. All right, I'll tighten it up and switch to that crisp butler-like tone. Understood. I'll be crisp, composed, and to the point. You always crack me up because every time I tell you to be crisp and to the point, you take an hour to tell me how crisp you're going to be. Can you just answer me a question? What is my goal weight? Okay, let me think for a moment. Your goal weight is 220 lbs. You are correct. Thank you for for doing that. I appreciate it. And by the way, what did I just eat today?

The app-like interface keeps all of the customers in the front end where everything is a button click or conversation away because quite frankly there is not a single thing that I have done that has required me to do a single thing in WordPress in over two months. I have literally not touched the WordPress admin interface for any reason whatsoever except for just doing my own updates in the plug-in manager.
