MinuteLaunch Ai Mobile App

I’m back from Miami with absolute clarity of purpose. After a week of real-world interaction with the devices, the things, and the tools, I realized the way forward isn’t throwing in everything plus the kitchen sink – it’s simplifying everything. Today I’m unveiling the MinuteLaunch mobile app interface that makes every capability available without any instructions whatsoever. Manage your entire CRM, create AI images, build pages, send emails – all from your phone or desktop. This is the game changer.

“The clarity of purpose is that the way this whole thing we’ve been building since July is going to work out best is not from making it overcomplicated, not from throwing in everything plus the kitchen sink, but rather from simplifying it – make it easy enough for anybody to understand.”

The Breakthrough: Simplification Over Complexity

One of the things that has come about in the last week to ten days is all the real world interaction with the devices and the things and the tools. And the outcome of that is that I absolutely have clarity of purpose.

Welcome, Fernando. Welcome, MinuteLaunch mobile app.

The interface itself could take on the metaphor of what other companies are doing. So, for example, one of the things that I researched in doing this is if I went to Gemini and especially if I was on mobile, when I’m on mobile, the way that this looks and feels has got certain metaphors, right? Like the tools, how the files get added, how the selections happen. I can do the same thing if I go to Claude. You’ve seen this interface a billion times. And on mobile, it’s got its own version. And certainly, ChatGPT.

All of these are things we’ve become used to, especially on mobile. So what I did this weekend was I took my phone and I hit the hot tub where it all began. And what I decided was I am going to come up with something that essentially allows me to demonstrate to myself or to anybody that they could use all of the capabilities that are contained within the MinuteLaunch system without any instructions whatsoever.

The Mobile Interface

I’ve got the nice iPhone emulator. This came about by taking all of the attributes of mostly Gemini and then building them into this interface. First of all, one of the things that’s really awesome is that if we have all of our contacts from Fluent CRM available to us at any particular time, things change.

I’m using this exactly as I would if I was on my phone. Notice I can search for people, I can sort order, I can do their status and whatever. This gives me a mobile way to interact with the Fluent CRM for all kinds of purposes. Just off the top of my head, like if I want to go to the actual contact herself for this fake profile of Ann, I can do so.

If I wanted to fill out her profile and everything else, I can select – this isn’t Ann, but let’s say Ann was John Lennon. I can fill out her stuff or have the AI do it. And I can manage all of the things that used to be tricky and time consuming and a pain in the ass about the CRM and about automation. Because now it’s all in the palm of my hand or on my desktop.

Real-World Use Cases

Every single person asked me, “Can I have a mobile app where my clients can have my branded company on their iPhone, on their Android, and they could just click and get all my stuff?” The answer is yes.

Because the MinuteLaunch AI allows us a coach experience on the front, a builder and manager experience on the back, and both of them interact on a conditional basis depending on who the user is. So you can offer different things to different people, whether they’re on your team or whether they’re your clients.

Even things like creating AI images, even things like doing research, even things like storing stuff – that makes it super duper duper easy to build powerful applications that rival that of the iPhone or the Android but to do them white label immediately from your site.

Action Buttons and Navigation

Notice these action buttons. Besides doing Z to A or A to Z, which is super awesome to have all your contacts in your phone with you, not just on your CRM and some wherever, notice I can email, I can add tags, I can go right to the profile, or I can add them to an automation sequence.

If I was using Gmail or one of my phone’s things, I can actually click on their email and just do it that way too. I can bypass it. But the idea is I actually have the ability to not only create, but to see whatever other emails and things were created in the past. And notice the interface is all caged in. So I always return to the last chat I was in. I always return to the home screen, even if I went out to Fluent CRM.

It’s really super easy because you never lose what you’re actually working on. But I give you an interface that is about as easy as possible to navigate without getting stuck or lost in terms of other features.

The Action Menus

Besides what you do with a contact, we have access to all of the things we’ve built here, right? Custom skills which I’ve talked about on last Friday extensively. Blocks of content, things that were built, created. Whole websites, emails, newsletters – any of the stuff is here to reuse again and again or build a new one.

The media library is my favorite part. I’ve created an enhanced capability here. So if I wanted to, for example, search for John Lennon or something like that, I can find the specific stuff in my media library in my phone and I can mix and match it by either using this like a lever to send stuff to the media library, bring it down to my phone, or I can search the web for new images, I can upload stuff, I can use it as a reference image.

AI Image Creation

If I pop this in and I said to the dude here, “Create a blog post about the person who’s in this image. I think you should recognize them.” I have a tool that allows me to essentially use the power of the built-in AI system to create content based upon the actual images as well.

So it’s not just a matter of being able to find this stuff. It’s actually that it can use the stuff as the reference, just like you would on Gemini or Claude or so forth.

The Pop-Out Desktop Mode

If I was in the backend of this and I go into pop out mode, what I have is something that can live on my desktop, literally live on my desktop. So in other words, the idea here is I can have this thing living separately. This is now popped out. It’s literally like Claude Desktop. It’s like Cursor Desktop. And it can live and work on my desktop while I have other browsers open.

I now have this pop out and if I have two windows or whatever, I can have this living anywhere I want, which is awesome because basically what I’ve got now is a tool that can live like Claude or Cursor – be my dude on my desktop. And he can stay here all day long. And he gives me access to all my contacts.

Email Creation and Automation

He gives me access to anything I want to do. Oh, I want to write an email to Ann, right? Just click this and then say, “Dear Anne, so lovely to see you today. Hope to see you soon. Cheers, Spence.”

If I give him the information and he’s using a skill, he will write the email according to the skill and can send it to Anne at that very contact. And that will end up in Anne’s profile – the required email in history, which I can then go to later. I’ll see everything that was sent to Ann on my phone or otherwise by going to view her profile.

The Mad Libs Approach

This mobile metaphor is going to allow me to make everything one thumb swipe, one button click, one request away. Because even things like whole sites, whole pages, whole sales funnels, whole automations – all of these things can be pre-made and just by choice or skill, do this, do that.

And if you remember, I always talk about Mad Libs. You could just change the name, change the number, change the address and everything is different. You don’t need to do it from scratch anymore because we can pour in an unlimited number of pre-made choices and the outcome for you is just instantaneous.

White-Label for Your Clients

One of the things I wanted to do is make it possible that you can benefit as well. If you go into the settings, you’ll notice that I’ve created a situation here where you can create your own white label branding and logo. And you can adjust the font sizes. Why? So that you have a true mobile app to interact with your customers, answer all their questions, give them whatever information they need.

Because the dude who’s running the site for you can take all of your information, all of the skills you give them, all of the history, and do real legitimate work. I mean, he can literally take care of managing all your customers and clients better than you could do yourself.

Real-World Client Win

I actually had a very lovely new client today. She called me with some questions. She gave me three wild card problems: WP Engine problems, she had problems with Infusion Soft, she had problems with Gravity Forms. And on all three of them, I took a chance. I said, “I think I can fix that.” And bing, bing, bing.

And as a result of that and her calling me on my phone, which is also interesting – not a lot of people do that – I think I found myself a new client, maybe a new group member.
